High Times says they're coming to Portland in August 2017.
After having announced a Portland Cannabis Cup for 2015, High Times had to cancel due to a clash with local laws.
Now they feel the time is right to try and stage their first Cannabis Cup in the state of Oregon, where recreational cannabis is legal.
Will the Cup actually take place?
One never knows, as High Times has canceled just as many Cups as they have hosted (at least it seems that way).
