ICBC 2017
The International Cannabis Business Conference in San Francisco is Northern California's first Business-to-Business event since elections in which Prop 64 legalized recreational cannabis in the state of California.
The 2017 ICBC event brings together industry leaders and California state regulators to discuss business models, permits, and new opportunities as a result of the new legislation.
There will also be newtorking opportunities that are among the best the cannabis industry has to offer, with a global audience making connections between distributors, investors, strategic partners, wholesalers and brands.
The ICBC is California's longest continuous running cannabis business conference, and the 2017 edition will offer presentations on a diverse range of topics with titles such as Distribution Models For Brands and Manufacturers, Compliance In 2017, 2018, and Beyond, and Disruption: Consumer Tech, Business-to-Business Software and Industrial Production.
Just as diverse are the guest speakers slated to attend.
Gavin Newsom, the Lieutenant Governor of California who will be running for Governor of California in 2018, is scheduled to appear at the VIP reception.
Lori Ajax, California's cannabis czar and former deputy director of the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, will be part of the Rules and Regulations panel.
Henry Rollins, rock and roll icon, is the keynote speaker and will attend the VIP reception.
John Salley, four-time National Basketball Association champion, will be the Celebrity Interview guest and will appear at the VIP reception and After Party.
Tommy Chong, part of the cannabis movie star duo of Cheech and Chong, will appear at the conference and the VIP reception.
