Budstock 2016
Budstock 2016 was a cannabis-themed, cannabis expo-type event that took place July 15 through 17, 2016, in Orillia Ontario Canada.
The organizers billed it as "3 days of cannabis culture and music" featuring a host of activities, including guest musical performances, top comedians, guest speakers, health and wellness pavilions, vending areas, corn roast, on-site bakery, and plenty of outdoor attractions.
The outdoor attractions included a game zone with various interesting games, a zipline, ferris wheel, dunk tanks, and there was also on-site camping. The whole thing sounds like it was to have a kind of outdoor fair/carnival vibe.
And true to its name, Budstock 2016 was stocked with plenty of buds and the like, including something called an 'extract throwdown.' Seems like there was no skimping on the extracts at this hoedown.
The whole huge spectacle of Budstock 2016 took up several hundred thousand square feet. But space is in no short supply in the second biggest country in the world in terms of area - Canada - second only to the vastness that is Russia.
Canadian outfit CPI (Cannabispreneurs Production International) organized the shindig.
