1991 Cannabis Cup
The fourth annual High Times Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam Holland took place in November 1991.
Judges for this event included Simon Vinkenoog and Rodger Belknap. Belknap was also awarded the Freedom Fighter of the Year Award at this year's event.
For the first time, no seed companies entered the competition. Instead it was cannabis coffeeshops that made up the competition field. Coffeeshops that entered their samples were La Tertullia - a coffeeshop with one of the most inviting and relaxing atmospheres in town and excellent view with its location on the beautiful Prinsengracht canal, Blue Bird, Hustler, and Free City - a coffeeshop with a rough edge that offered alcohol but has since closed down.
Winning the title was Coffeeshop Free City with their Skunk entry.
