Cannabis was legalized in Jamaica in 2015, and High Times rushed in and set up the first ever Jamaica Cannabis Cup that same year.
High Times partnered with local outfit Rastafari Rootzfest to put on the show in November 2015.
Then in the staging of the 2016 edition of the Cup in Jamaica, High Times got the boot and was not included. Rastafari Rootzfest went it alone and called it the Ganjamaica Cup.
Now in 2017, High Times has stated they're coming back to the tropical island nation for Cup number two.
Will High Times actually follow through and stage their second ever Jamaica Cannabis Cup (they've been known to change course on announced Cups)?
Or will Rastafari Rootzfest win out and stage their second ever Ganjamaica Cup?
Or will High Times and Rastafari Rootzfest combine forces and team up once again?
Or will both Cups prevail?
